The Fort Madison Partners Board of Directors is made up of two members of each of the individual boards under the Partners umbrella: the Fort Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, Fort Madison Main Street, the Fort Madison Economic Development Corporation, and the Fort Madison Southeast Iowa Regional Riverboat Commission. The City of Fort Madison also has one voting and one ex-officio director. The Board of Directors is:
